Unlike Zenni and EyeBuyDirect, Warby Parker does not offer a highly customizable amount of additional options since their standard lenses already come with all of the above treatments. They do offer high-index lenses for stronger prescriptions. 1.67 lenses cost an additional $30 and ultra high-index 1.74 lenses cost $130 extra.
As far as their recommendation for high-index lenses, I used their online chat to ask if I could go ahead and change it before the order got processed/shipped.
